Services Offered
- Nearest-Me allows users to search for and connect with contract service providers in various fields. These services are provided on an independent contractor basis, and Nearest-Me does not employ or directly manage any service provider listed on the platform.
- While we aim to ensure the credibility of service providers, Nearest-Me is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of any service rendered
User Responsibilities
- Users agree to use the platform responsibly, refraining from engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Service providers must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, experience, and expertise.
- Clients are expected to communicate clearly and pay promptly for services as agreed upon through the platform.
Payments and Fees
- All payments are processed through Nearest-Me’s secure payment system. Payment is held until the completion of services to protect both clients and service providers.
- Nearest-Me may charge a service fee or transaction fee on each completed contract, which will be outlined during the booking process.
- Failure to complete payment or honor payment terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
Ratings and Reviews
- Clients may rate and review service providers upon completion of services. Reviews must be honest and reflect actual experiences.
- Nearest-Me reserves the right to remove or edit reviews that violate our guidelines or contain inappropriate language, false information, or personal attacks.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Both clients and service providers can cancel a service under specific conditions. However, if a service is canceled after work has begun, refunds may not be fully issued depending on the progress of the task.
- Refund requests should be directed to Nearest-Me support and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute between a client and a service provider, Nearest-Me will act as a mediator to resolve the issue fairly.
- Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through direct communication. If unresolved, Nearest-Me’s decision on the matter will be final
Intellectual Property
- Content on the Nearest-Me platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or exploit any content on the platform for commercial purposes without prior permission from Nearest-Me.
